Appointments are limited, and due to the high demand it would be appreciated if you could provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling a scheduled appointment.
A failure to attend fee may be charged if families do not provide enough notice or if the reason is other than an emergency or special circumstance. This fee will be calculated at 30% of your appointment fee.
Partial rebates may be available for your child’s Speech Pathology services, however this depends on the type and level of your private health cover. If you would like to determine the amount of your rebate, please contact your private health provider directly.
West Coast Speech Pathology is a registered provider with Medicare which enables us to provided Speech Pathology Services to those children who meet the Medicare requirements. In order for you to make a claim through Medicare your child will require a referral from a GP in the form of an EPC.
